Carlo Ancelotti, head coach of the Brazilian national team has revealed the reason behind his extremely controlled behavior. After his team scored the winning goal in the 1/16 2026 World Cup match against Japan (2:1)\n\n– Brazilian fans went crazy when the team scored the second goal against Japan, but at that moment, you looked calm and collected? – I'm 67 years old, so I can't run around the field like other people. There is a risk of knee injury. When the team scores a goal I still feel like I still have a few minutes left. And I've had situations where matches that seemed like a win ended up being lost.\n\nSo I was able to celebrate when the final whistle blew. But even then My feelings were closer to relief than limitless happiness. This is how I felt after the match with Japan – Ancelotti said via Folha de S.Paulo\n\nToday (July 5) there will be a round 1/8 match of the 2026 World Cup between the national teams of Brazil and Norway. It will be held at MetLife Stadium (East Rutherford USA) and the competition will start at 11:00 PM Moscow time. --- ## Related Articles 1.
