Media reports: TSV 1860 München's KGaA prepares to file for bankruptcy.

Local media reports that TSV 1860 München's KGaA is on the verge of filing for bankruptcy. After negotiations between the club and investor Hasan Ismail were unsuccessful, According to Münchner Merkur, talks were attempted again before the deadline at 18:00 on Tuesday, but proposals between the parties remained unchanged. Can't agree One of the demands from investors is for a public apology from the club for its behavior over the past 15 years, with investors suggesting the apology could be used as a basis for a new deal. Hasan Ismail sent a WhatsApp message to the media near the end of the period that he remained positive about an amicable solution. It emphasized that finding a consensus and responsible solution is better than escalating disputes or choosing a more complicated path. And finding a solution depends on the readiness of all parties to focus on the future instead of returning to past conflicts. From information leaked from the investor side stated that they are willing to consider refraining from taking legal measures. And even returning the shares is something that can be talked about. If the club provides a public apology as requested Club president Gernot Mang said of this last-ditch effort: "We tried everything" at a member meeting on Sunday. He also criticized the lack of cooperation from Ismail's side. Given that the offer is a mid-seven figure sum of money. (seven‑figure) for the purchase of shares by investors is not seriously considered. This was despite lower offers from outside buyers coming in earlier. It made him feel that Ismail might prefer to sell his shares to others rather than selling them back to the association (e.V.). Even if negotiations take place, according to Münchner Merkur, even if a deal is reached, KGaA is unlikely to survive. Because the investor side doesn't want to pump more money into the company. This leaves clubs and partners having to find funding on their own. The amount needed to avoid bankruptcy has been estimated at approximately €7.3 million. Given the circumstances, executive Manfred Paula is likely to have to take the matter to the District Court on Wednesday. This could lead to a long-term legal battle between the parties involved.
